I couldn’t take breakfast, but the accessibility of the place and the reception were good. I’m a frequent customer and the service was memorable. The charge for the reservation and the time it takes to return the reservation were negative.

The hotel sits in a superb spot and everything feels freshly cleaned and modern, but the toilet in our room was oddly low, like one you'd see in a primary school.

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and spotless, and the location was excellent, though the lighting felt a bit dim and could use a touch more brightness.

The rooms were roomy, comfy, and clean, and from our 11th‑floor room we could see great views over Boston; the fitness centre was solid and the staff were professional and accommodating, yet the hotel isn’t in downtown and you need a metro to get there, and there was a loud noise when the cistern flushed.
