We touched down at 11 pm after a flight hiccup, and the hosts were already there, greeting us with a warm welcome. The husband even walked us to buy tickets for the Subterranean Tunnels, and that tour turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The room was roomy, the bed super comfy, linens were top‑quality, and there were extra pillows. The host had set up a small table with two chairs, a full‑size fridge, and everything we’d need for a breakfast in bed. The location is perfect for exploring the Historic District—just a block from the Caravaggio Chapel and all the main sights are within walking distance. The only drawback was that it could get a bit noisy at night, but that’s not the owners’ fault.
