It’s a family‑run hotel, situated between Jami Masjid and Roopmati Palace, and the view of Sagar Talao from the balcony plus the monsoon wind made the stay most enjoyable; the owner provided everything we needed and tried to offer the best cuisine of Madhya Pradesh.

The hospitality and food were great, the location is away from town and feels quite rural, which was nice; the whole family were lovely hosts and the stay was peaceful and relaxing, with nothing to complain about.

This family-run guesthouse, built recently, has upstairs rooms where the owners live on site. The owners were very friendly and helpful, giving us a warm welcome. The room was spacious, air‑conditioned, with a comfortable bed and a functional bathroom that had hot water. Breakfast and dinner were homemade. The property sits at the southern tip of Sagar Talab, close to Baz Bahadur Palace and Roopmati Pavilion. Nothing to complain about, though the main monument group is a bit far for those without a vehicle. I’m grateful the owner dropped me off in the city for both my visits and my departure.

The people here are very nice, almost like a family. The food is good and the place is very quiet. Nothing else to add.
