The spot is fantastic and the view from the room was great, yet the bathroom smelled bad, the room looked outdated, and breakfast offered too few vegan options.

The room was very cold and the window gave only a tiny view, which was a bit disappointing, and the temperature control in the room was practically unusable.

The spot is unbeatable, especially for getting around, but there's no parking.

The hotel was well maintained in a truly beautiful setting; our room had a direct view of the lake, was spacious and well organized. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, and breakfast offered a wide range of sweet and savory items. It was very convenient for trekking since the trail starts right from the hotel. We didn’t realize the parking was in a public basement lot (you need to take a short 5‑minute monorail cabin), but you can still arrive by car to drop off luggage. Overall it was easy for us, but I would have liked to receive this information beforehand from the hotel, and it would have been good to see it specified in the booking description. I traveled in low season, but I imagine it could be more complicated in other seasons since the parking isn’t reserved for hotel guests.
