Everything else was great and I was really satisfied with the hotel and the service, except that the AC was off Saturday night and my room felt hot—I think the controls are handled by the hotel, not the guests.

I didn’t get a complimentary breakfast, and the snack store was too pricey; the morning customer service was just okay.

The only thing we liked was how close it was to family during our funeral visit; we didn’t like the beds, they were very uncomfortable, the room had a strong odor, and the property upkeep and maintenance were clearly neglected.
