The people who welcomed us were incredibly hospitable, and the payment process was straightforward. The facilities and location were great, but one day a group that seemed to be minors made a lot of mess, removed items from the common area, and left them unwashed; they probably thought it was our group, but it wasn't.

The room was spotless, which I loved, but it got a bit cold because the heating was turned off; I asked them to turn it on and they were very polite, though they shouldn't have switched it off since we were paying for the service. They celebrated a birthday and kept us up until 04:00 am, which is not what a place meant for rest should do.
