Close to the train station, the bed was cozy and apparently clean, but the door code didn’t work and needed a different setup. The view was dark, and the first number you touch is already wrong. The room was dirty: the toilet seat was stained, the shower walls weren’t clean, a gum stuck to the bed that should have been visible when the bed was made, and the area under the bed was dirty. There were also toothpaste residue and spit stains on the sink and wall.

Only the location was good; there was no communication, no staff, and phone information was hard to get. Check‑in was said to be at 14:00 but the room wasn’t ready. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, the shower was bad, and instead of shampoo there was hand soap. The price was high but the service was definitely lacking.

The woman who worked at the hotel was 100% available and tried very hard to help, but the stairs were dirty and the linens were clean while the room itself was not clean.

The location is great—just a few minutes on foot from the cathedral and the station. The room was moderately clean and the size was suitable for a short stay; we stayed in a double‑occupancy large room. Because there’s no elevator, moving out with our luggage was a hassle. There was no front desk, so when I tried to extend my reservation by one day, the reply didn’t arrive until the next day and we were already about to leave.

Kozponti fekvesu, konnyitett check-in (sms-ben jon a kod ami mindent nyit). Ejjelente tobbszor a helyere kellett tennem
