We stayed here for my son's 5th birthday; it’s a short 5 minute walk to Knotts, Walgreens is across the street, and Soak City is next door, with all restaurants just a few minutes drive down the street. We enjoyed the pool, and the front desk generously supplied pool towels. The rooms were comfortable—nothing fancy, but for a family of 6 it had everything we needed. The staff were overly accommodating, the bunk‑bed room was a hit with my kids, and we would stay again. A little outdated and worn, but still comfortable and a great stay.

Super close to the park / water park, and I love the mini suite with kitchenette; the staff is always great. When it’s busy parking can get tight, but the staff will show you where to park.
