The place is very beautiful and the service is fantastic – I highly recommend the reception, especially Mr Sami, thank you for the attention and cooperation. I also thank Mr Ahmed, Mr Hamada the security officer, and the young man Yusuf.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The reception staff always tried to help us. The overall cleaning was lacking, the bathroom was dirty and many items were broken. Only two floors were in good condition; the rest were abandoned. Food was delivered from a nearby restaurant. On check‑in day we arrived at 23:00 and still had to wait half an hour because the room wasn’t ready. The TV had no channels, and the advertised Netflix wasn’t available at all.
