They blasted extremely loud music all night, and even after I complained they didn’t stop. We paid to get a good night’s sleep after a long day at the national park, but the noise made the kids sick. Breakfast was served late because they said they were busy the previous day. The whole stay was hectic and felt like a total waste of money.

The hotel features a hugh compound with a well-maintained meadow and some nice trees to sit outside. Swimming pool looks good. The stuff is so unorganized: everything is a problem. You check in they don’t have you on their screen. Even though you are the k my guest they don’t know you are coming. 3 ladies at the receptions and max. 50 percent competence. Rooms are clean but bed is very small. You wake up unrelated completely. 1st room was somehow much smaller than room we shifted to later because of problem with the drainage. You did not know where to step or put a suitcase. 1 m path round a bed is simply not enough. No Tal cupboard and or tables to put your stuff. If bathroom door is closed you can’t even use the sink. Everything is simply uneconomical. The restaurant was extremely uncomfortable. No buffet when few guests only. The waitress does not know what she can serve you. A large dark hall is separated by a wooden wall. Sitting out is much better. But restaurant is a no go. The hotel does not have an elevator. But balcony can be good. Certainly problems with the door. Either not opening or problem with drainage or whatever. And they can’t give a good room even though there are hardly any guests? That’s poor!
