A lovely, roomy suite with a pretty balcony and very friendly hosts. We booked two excursions that the host arranged for us, and we felt completely at ease. If you’re heading to Cat Tien, choose this guesthouse. Everything was fine.

The receptionist was incredibly sweet and the service outstanding. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There were three “VIP” girls who greeted guests, let us touch, and showed us to the rooms. Our group had a fantastic time on this trip.

I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it; the staff were simply fantastic—always smiling and attentive to every need.

The staff were friendly. I’m not sure whether the booking software or the hotel made an error, but when I arrived the manager said they hadn’t received my reservation. After I explained and showed the confirmation email and website account, they managed to find me another room. It wasn’t what I had hoped for, but I had no better option, so I accepted. Fortunately the service quality and friendly staff helped soften the disappointment of the trip.

“I had a very comfortable and enjoyable time and am very lucky to have landed in such a place”

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make my stay special. They even helped me arrange a Gibbon trek, and made sure I was up and ready to go early in the morning. Despite the language barrier, they were incredibly communicative and made sure I had everything I needed. They truly went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and taken care of.
