The staff were very nice and accommodating, but the decor feels very outdated—furniture and flooring should have been replaced long ago, and the electronic outlets are so old they still include phone line sockets for dial‑up internet.

The location and the staff were good, yet the bathroom is old with a worn shower head, the room can’t be ventilated, and the $8 water bottles in the room are completely overpriced.

It’s close to the metro, comfortable, clean, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants, but the hallway and elevator have a marijuana smell, several homeless people are outside the hotel or sleeping on the ground, deliveries block the road causing traffic backups and honking on lower floors, and the luggage carts are poor—wheels were broken.
