Room 102 had no water, which is unacceptable.

I paid for two rooms, yet on arrival only one was given to me and the second didn’t appear until the next day; in room 104 the bed had a broken slat and the curtain rod was torn off, and to this day I haven’t received any refund, which I find scandalous!!
