“Apto péssimo”
The condominium is beautiful and well‑located; the only good things are the air conditioning, shower, and fridge – everything else doesn’t work. The place is filthy, dirty everywhere, and the furniture is very worn. The oven, washing machine, and other appliances don’t work. When it rains, water seeps in through the balcony windows. Kitchen utensils are scarce, there’s a spider‑web cover everywhere, and I’ve had better apartments in the same condominium that were wonderful and worth every cent. This one falls short, so I don’t recommend it.
