We were staying there for the second time, so we knew exactly what was provided and what we needed to bring. Basically there is a shower, toilet, two beds, and wardrobes. That’s all. It was perfectly adequate for sleeping.

The room was big and clean, but the property and building look a bit rough. There’s no reception desk, and at the check‑in time of 14:00 nobody was reachable and the room wasn’t ready. It would have been better if that had been communicated beforehand.

Check‑in was straightforward and the location is convenient. The owner answered questions politely and competently through the booking platform and on the phone. The outdoor area feels a bit outdated, though.

I'm still waiting for a proper invoice, it's been 8 days and no one is answering my calls - just some random tire dealer in Uelzen. Everything about this experience seems pretty shady, and I'm not impressed. Probably won't be booking through them again, what a disaster.
