The location is excellent, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the owners seem very friendly and flexible, letting us make the most of our time in Margate. The accommodation didn’t feel like great value for money for what we received, though we booked during a busy weekend with limited availability.

The spot was perfect, just a quick hop from the train station and a short walk to the beach and coastal path, though it got a bit warm during the night in August 2026.

The location was great for the town centre and for catching a gig at Dreamland, but I had trouble reaching the host to restock coffee and milk, which we drank a lot of; it was a minor issue that didn’t ruin my stay.
