The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but the food was awful. I ordered a burger and tater tots; the burger was rubbery and cold, and the tater tots were soggy. They tried to reheat the burger, but it was clearly a frozen burger microwaved.
The room was spotless, roomy, and cozy, and the hotel’s facilities were excellent, so overall I enjoyed my stay. However, the mini fridge was loud enough to shake the whole desk, and the air conditioner was also noisy, especially at night. The pillows were small, cube‑shaped, and uncomfortable to sleep on; standard‑sized pillows would have been much better.
“I would go back again. This is an excellent hotel and will be one at the top of my list when I go to the Bay Area.”
The location was great, the hotel itself was in excellent condition, the pool was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. In the morning the fire alarm rang, but no staff came to explain that it was a false alarm; they weren’t answering the phones and no one approached us to clarify the situation.
