The rooms were beautiful and just like the pictures, the beds were good, the air‑conditioning worked all the time, breakfast was tasty, service was excellent, the rooms were clean, communication worked and when there were a few problems finding the Riad we got help from them; overall everything was good! I thank them on behalf of my family for the accommodation. The location might not be exactly what I expected, but it’s close to the souk, which I liked.

The administrator was very nice, answered all questions, there was always someone at reception, and you could ask for help if needed. The room was very hot, but it was good that they still gave a fan; it was at least a bit better.

The place was really clean and all the rooms were comfortable, but a few walls had some dampness and the air conditioner leaked a little water.

The breakfast was decent, yet the Riad looked nothing like the photos online and the room lacked equipment, which was very disappointing.

The breakfast was small, more like a snack, but tasty, and the interior looked nice. However, there was mold on the walls, no ventilation, no windows, and a lot of moisture, making it totally unsuitable for allergy sufferers; I fell ill during my stay even though I took medication, so I would not recommend it to anyone with allergies. The air smelled awful, like mildew, the bathroom was moldy and impractical, there was no space to put anything, and the towels seemed used—maybe because of the huge dampness and lack of windows. I felt the air was toxic; even non‑allergic guests got runny noses, and I had added breathing difficulty. A hole in the wall between tiles let water seep in, and you could imagine how that might look under the floor. I thought it might be a room‑specific issue, but the room where my sister stayed with a friend was even worse. Morocco is known for beautiful tiles, but they apparently didn’t think to tile the bathroom.
