We got what we expected: a simple accommodation in a central location. It was very close to the Colosseum and the Forum Romanum, and the main sights were within walking distance. This isn’t a fault of the lodging, but there was a very noisy crew in the neighboring room who shouted until dawn. We couldn’t sleep. It’s outrageous how some people can be so inconsiderate. It unfortunately marred our stay, and we were very tired the next day.

I love its great location in the centre of Rome, close to almost every place you dream of. I appreciate that it has a lift to reach the second floor easily after many drinks. There is nothing to dislike; you get a good price for a spot in the centre of Rome to enjoy all attractions in the eternal city – Roma Aeterna.

The room was small, but it was plenty for four days. The spot was unbeatable, just 5 minutes from the Coliseum and 10 from the center. The host was great, waiting for us when we arrived and keeping our bags after check‑out because we had a late flight. The shower was tiny, almost impossible to move around in.

The place was an absolute nightmare; never again. They never cleaned, didn’t change the towels, the room was very small, the bed took up all the space – not good.

It was super close to the Coliseum, shops nearby, and very comfortable for the stay. The only downside was the tiny room without a window, but it was a minor detail.
