All the facilities. Especially the Mediterranean light massage with Lau and Olga and the bar staff were amazing.

The pool area and SPA were really nice. The hotel itself felt quite worn out. We found dead bugs on the shower ceiling, and the ceiling was falling apart, so we had to call maintenance to fix it. The blankets were just wrapped in sheets instead of being properly provided. Some staff were very nice, others were not. You also had to pay extra for the SPA. The hotel’s location isn’t great either, just beside the parking lot with no nice view. The town and the beach are not nice either.

La chambre était super confortable et spacieuse ! C’était super agréable de découvrir cela !. La piscine et le spa inutilisable malheureusement ! C’était en grande partie pour cela que j’avais choisi cet établissement, juste après l’iron man pour la récupération et je n’avais pas eu la nouvelle. La douche ne conservait pas une température constante aussi. Rien de dramatique à mes yeux, pas de panique, la course n’a pas eu lieu

At Aqua The Breeze & Spa Hotel in Santa Susanna, we faced severe weather and floods last weekend, and the hotel itself was partially underwater. It was an abnormal situation, but I want to thank the staff for their efforts to assist guests and ensure we were taken care of as best as possible. Everyone remained dedicated and helpful under the tough conditions, and I have great respect for that. A huge thank you to the whole team for your help and dedication during those difficult days. ❤️
