The view was great and the property stunning. The staff at breakfast were also excellent. The refrigerator in the room was extremely loud, and the bathroom felt old. A €30 charge for not washing dishes is unreasonably high.

The location in the mountains with a beautiful sea view was superb. As a stopover on our Italian tour, the place offered a good insight into agritourism rentals. The breakfast was hearty and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, clean, but noisy. The setting itself is quiet and remote from the town. The large area included a pool that was still usable in the off‑season. Everything was fine, though we only had a short stay.

The location was fine. The room and bathroom were not clean. Overall it was not cozy or lovingly furnished. We could hear toilet noises from the breakfast room in our room. Unpleasant!

We managed to reach the extremely hidden hotel, only accessible via a very dark, narrow street, a little late in the evening, and we were guided through a series of telephone calls with the receptionist, who was no longer at the hotel. Consequently we had to pay a high surcharge for late check‑in. NEVER AGAIN!!! See above.

The location is breathtaking, with sea views from the lovely pool area and most of the grounds. The stay was very peaceful. Breakfast was excellent, self‑served and freshly cooked. The bathroom fan was broken, so a slight stale water smell lingered when we first arrived, but opening the bathroom door quickly fixed it.
