The staff were very friendly, but the rooms, bathrooms, and everything else were too small.

The location was good and there was parking available, but the room and bathroom were very small.
The reception was friendly, yet the room lacked air‑conditioning; when we arrived the windows were open, but they were unfortunately left open and never shut in time, so the heat never escaped the room.
The hotel sits right in the city centre, only a five‑minute walk to the pedestrian zone. My room was fine, but when I opened the window the curtain fell off – it was attached with Velcro and clearly needs replacing. As mentioned, the curtain issue and the lack of air‑conditioning were disappointing; I had to keep the window open at night (which caused the curtain to drop) and because the property faces a busy street a light‑sleeper might struggle to rest, or otherwise have to endure the heat. Breakfast wasn’t served during my stay, so I received a voucher for the youth hostel two minutes away, where the breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is easy to reach as a layover spot, but there’s no bottled water in the room, only lukewarm tap water that can’t be cooled – no ventilation either. Breakfast isn’t offered for long periods, and the website doesn’t mention this. The breakfast at the youth hostel wasn’t bad, just very crowded with all the young people there.
