The location, the room’s style and cleanliness, the quiet, and the staff’s friendliness were all great, but the lack of a usable elevator was a downside.
Everything was great, 100 % recommendation.
“Parfait”
The spot in Rome’s hyper‑center is superb, buses and metro are close, and despite being on a relatively quiet street the hotel is very secure and well insulated; the welcome was excellent, and arrival could be done independently.
The location, cleanliness, accessibility, proximity to dining and historical sites, secure entry and exit, and overall convenience were all good; the linens were clean, soap and shower items were available (no slippers), the air‑conditioning was quiet and effective, and the room had a water heater and coffee machine with cups. The wardrobe and hanging space were too small and inadequate, there was barely enough room to unpack luggage, and only drawer‑type storage could fit inside the room.
The location was good and the reception staff were smiling and helpful, but the lift was broken or unusable, the stairs were narrow making it hard to go up with bags, the room was hard, and the most important issue was the mosquito problem in the air, especially in the bathroom, plus a strong fishy smell in the room and hallway.
