The staff were helpful and respectful, and the Batswana people were incredibly kind, but the hotel and its property clearly need a renovation. Breakfast was bland and limited; if you want to avoid disappointment, skip it and order à la carte from the onsite restaurant instead.

The facilities are solid for the price, everything stayed clean, and the course looks good with nice views. The reception was a bit slow, perhaps because occupancy was low.

The location was convenient. The key system failed twice during my stays, two weeks apart; each time I had to find a hotel employee to open the door for me.

It was a great place in a great location, and the staff were superb! The only downside was the gym facilities, though I was told they were working on fixing them.
