I was happy to find the hotel close to the temple we were heading to, and there was nothing else to complain about.

The place sits right in the heart of downtown, with a beautiful church directly across the street and the mercado just a short walk away, which was very convenient; there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and the shower was definitely one of the best features. I was disappointed that the room had no windows, that there was no elevator from the street level to the check‑in desk, and that no staff were available to help with luggage, so I had to carry two heavy suitcases down the stairs on my own; I would have gladly tipped someone if help had been offered. Better accessibility and more attentive staff would have made the experience much more comfortable.

The location was good, but there was no elevator to registration, so I had to find staff to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. The electricity went out and there was no air conditioning or power during the night and the morning.
