“As near perfect Hotel as you will find a real gem”
A quick call from the hotel before we arrived was a lifesaver, especially since their car park is hard to locate. The boutique‑style rooms were elegant and everything was spot on. I appreciated the coffee bags and New Forest biscuits, and my wife was happy to find oat milk in the room again. The three restaurants each had a distinct vibe—quiet or lively—but shared the same menu, which worked well. Staff were highly trained and genuinely focused on ensuring a great dining experience, and the food was outstanding. Breakfast was equally impressive, and the restaurant manager and staff made us feel warmly welcomed. Nothing to complain about; we’ll definitely return.
