“Soggiorno perfetto struttura centrale e di design”
The facility was fantastic in every way. The location is exceptional: very central and just a few minutes on foot from the historic center. The modern design décor pays attention to every little detail with great taste. What made the stay special were the host’s warm hospitality and constant availability for any need, the incredibly comfortable beds that guarantee perfect rest, and immaculate cleanliness throughout the property. I really hope to return soon! Highly recommended for anyone looking for style, comfort, and warmth.
“Un soggiorno da 10 stelle! Esperienza romana indimenticabile”
The apartment is simply gorgeous, freshly renovated with fantastic modern taste and spotlessly clean. The bed is super comfy and the air conditioning saved us on hot days. Wi‑Fi is great, fast and perfect for work or planning the day. The location is awesome, just a few steps from Pigneto, a lively neighborhood full of aperitivo spots and excellent restaurants. It feels artistic and authentic, away from tourist crowds but close to everything. Getting around was a breeze: thanks to the nearby metro and tram, we reached the Colosseum and Termini station in just a few minutes and with zero stress. Huge kudos to the host: super helpful, instant replies, and a convenient self‑check‑in system that let us arrive without worrying about the time. They also left a coffee machine with ready‑to‑use pods, a nice touch we really appreciated! We’ll definitely come back, highly recommended!
I liked the proximity to Termini station and the city center. The bathroom was well renovated and fairly new. What made the stay even better was the friendliness and hospitality of host Andrea, who recommended nearby bars and restaurants for us to visit during our stay.

Nothing to say positively. At arrival we had to fight over 20 minutes on the phone with the contact person who struggled to send the code, and the property leaves a lot to be desired. We found two double beds, one of which was an inflatable we hadn’t requested, bedside tables placed next to the room because there was no more space due to the beds, behind the bedside tables cigarette butts showing the room hadn’t been cleaned, sheets and pillowcases in four different colors, and towels with holes also in different colors. The hot tub, as soon as my partner stepped onto the step, disassembled the white cartridge because it wasn’t secured properly and could have caused injury, the faucets didn’t work and weren’t even secured, the shower mixer worked at its own whim… in short, the overall experience was painful and for 150€ a night we got what locals call a “na bella sola.”
