I stayed at this place and found absolutely nothing worth mentioning – it was a scam. The room was infested with spiders and grime, the location was terrible, and there was literally nothing to do. They gave me a fan that I had to clean because it was covered in an excessive layer of dust and dirt. The owner showed no interest in fixing anything and stopped responding after the payment was taken. I had to leave early because staying felt like a masochistic ordeal.

The property sits in the middle of the countryside and is very quiet, but a little more cleaning around the perimeter, trimming trees, and general upkeep of the cabin and surroundings would make it perfect. Getting there is somewhat tricky because the path is in bad shape – it starts fine but becomes very narrow, firm, and deteriorated toward the end. The area itself is nice but neglected. Every time you arrive, you have to get out of the car to open the gate, unlock it, and then close it again, which is a hassle. If the place were tidied up a bit it would be spectacular, but it’s clear they don’t maintain it well. There was an iron tripod in the middle of the property with no signage (I don’t understand why) and when I backed up I hit it and damaged my new car.

The stay was wonderful.

There was no redeeming factor. The place was unclean, swarmed with wasps at the door, had dead animals, no view of the river or lake, and the battery didn’t work, among other issues. I decided not to go; I arrived the next day.

The location was peaceful with plenty of nature, but it was quite dirty and I had to scrub the kitchenware in a sink, which I didn’t like at all. There were also a lot of wasps.
