“Extremely clean rooms”
The clenliness of the rooms was 100% spot on. Beds were very comfortable and pillows also usually beds are an issue but not here. I smelt very well. Rooms were very dated, could do with some new carpet but still the rooms were spotless

The location was excellent in the centre of Cobram and convenient for all our needs, with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Overall everything was fine.

The location was good. The place could have been cleaner, and the 2% surcharge for paying with a debit card was normal.
