Nothing good—thieves, they wouldn't open the door, they ignore phone calls and emails! Avoid it!

The location was fine. The host never answered phone calls, chat messages on the booking site, or SMS, leaving me in trouble when I arrived in Rome that evening.

I didn't like anything at all; the place didn't match the photos and the service was awful—people shouted at us, laughed, and humiliated us. When the staff opened the sheets to change them, there was sand in the mattress but no blood, and the sheets seemed to have bugs.

The location was good, but the check‑in experience was terrible. An Argentine woman who speaks Italian had to help us, and it took an hour with the person who answered the phone. The owner's representative didn't know where the keys were, which floor the room was on, or even the room number—felt like a scam. After many frustrations we finally got in, and the location is excellent, the cleanliness is good, and the room is fine, but the check‑in was a nightmare. If you end up there, know it’s not a scam and an Italian might have to act as interpreter.
