The place had a great spot and the rooms were cool, but there were no sun loungers and the gym was really bad, with tired furniture.

We had a wonderful stay at Domitys Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur; the apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen that even had a water filter—a thoughtful touch. The beds were comfy and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only thing that could be improved was ventilation; when we first entered, the apartment had a slight closed‑room smell that went away after opening the windows, so it didn’t bother us later.

We arrived at the hotel and the rooms were very bad and unlike the photos on Booking, with a horrible smell. At reception we were told to cancel the booking and that we would get a refund within 24 hours, but when we followed up there was no response from Booking and we haven’t received the money yet. The experience was very bad.
