The location was great and breakfast was normal, but the room was only average; it didn’t have toiletries when we requested room service, had just one power outlet that didn’t work, and the overall condition was mediocre.

The room was spacious, but a young receptionist didn’t help us open the door when we arrived with luggage, didn’t give us a key card to unlock the room, and explained that they had no more keys.
