The quiet spot with almost no traffic was a big plus, and the bus stop right nearby made getting around a breeze. The owners were super friendly, always around to help out and give great hiking tips. We loved the four‑course dinner—varied and tasty. The suite was roomy, well laid out, with a balcony overlooking Riezlern, and the little pool was a nice treat after long walks. Everything was spotless.

Three of us, mid‑30s to 40s, stayed in the Hotel Alpensonne for a few hiking days in Kleinwalsertal and felt right at home. It’s a solid base for tours—most spots are a short walk or bus ride away. We were pleasantly surprised by the renovated room: modern, clean, cozy, yet still keeping that mountain vibe. After long hikes, the place was perfect for unwinding. The food hit the mark—varied, tasty, and well‑made, with a focus on local, sustainable ingredients.

The single room was nice and quiet, breakfast and dinner were tasty, and the village centre was just a walk away. The owners were especially friendly. Nothing went wrong.
