The location is in the Fengjia business district, there’s an elevator, the interior is clean and tidy, and the owner reached out proactively; I’ve used Booking for over a decade, stayed in 7 Taiwanese counties, and never had anyone ask me to pay a deposit first, especially when Booking says it’s non‑refundable; the main gate is on a fire lane, and the AC water keeps dripping.
