The room was the only thing we had; there was no reception desk, so speaking to a machine was unpleasant. We arrived tired and found a machine asking for our reservation name, which we tried to enter in 1000 different ways—first names, last names, both, one—yet it didn’t recognize any. We were lucky that a staff member helped us communicate with the machine, which eventually responded to another staff member, but that experience was very uncomfortable. On top of that, breakfast was nonexistent: just milk in the fridge, a few cereals, a pre‑made soup, and a coffee machine.

The place was clean and tidy, making it a decent option for a single night’s stay, but the parking area was disappointing and the shower pressure seemed weak.

The rooms were fairly roomy and spotless, and they even offered a simple breakfast, which I appreciated. It seems like a good value‑for‑money option when traveling to Wonju. The parking lot is narrow, so when it’s full you have to park on the street, but they gave us information about nearby parking spots in advance, so it wasn’t a major hassle.
