“We feel so lucky to have found this lovely Inn right in the center of historic Newport.to stay right in the center of hi”

Great location. Beautifully appointed Inn w/charming rooms, walk to wharfs & historic buildings etc. Nothing!

“Clean comfortable accommodations but lousy coffee.”

Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. Cleaning lady was very pleasant and my room was spotless. Terrible coffee, no TV . I believe a bed and breakfast should provide a full breakfast. It doesn’t take much effort to have good coffee

Room was large and comfy, well thought out. Breakfast was delicious, nice out door seating area. That we only stayed one night!
