“I would recommend everyone to go and enjoy the nature and healing pools of hotel Kardial.”

Breakfast is really varied and suits everyone’s taste, with plenty of coffee and fruit juices available. The hotel sits in a beautiful, untouched natural setting with long, lovely walking paths, and it’s close to other hotels that offer more options for evening outings, dinner, and weekend music. First, they don’t have enough staff, and the ones they do have aren’t the friendliest. Also, in the morning they don’t have ready pool towels, which shouldn’t happen.

I can highly recommend the hotel. The pool, restaurant, staff, and rooms were all really lovely! Everything pleased me.

The location was okay, everything else was extremely poor. The way Hotel Kardial operates isn’t suitable for a guest to want to return. Booking through the usual channel prevents guests from getting the full therapy package that comes with the stay; you have to book a room, see the doctor, get prescribed treatments and then pay for each treatment separately, even though you already paid for a pricey breakfast‑included night. This extra cost is unreasonable for anyone coming to Banjo Vrućico for therapies.
