The welcome was warm, the atmosphere calm, and the host’s dinner was excellent.

Emilie was incredibly friendly and spent time guiding and helping us throughout our stay; the place feels cozy, the food is freshly harvested from the garden—including eggs from their own chickens—and the yurt itself is a pretty tent that makes sleeping in one “room” feel especially snug for the kids; I’d love to return.

Sleeping in a yurt gives a unique feeling, and after a long drive a private swim with no noisy children was also great.
