“Amei !”
Stayed for four days and it was a blast. Geribá is right on the map and the place is super organized. The Argentine owners and staff are always on hand, and the bar at night serves a killer caipirinha. I even got to try Cumbia, practice Spanish, and swap a bit of Portuguese. The only downside? It was raining the whole time. Still, I'm already eyeing September for a return.
Spotless spot, friendly staff, and a killer location.
“Gracias solar”
The people here are awesome—everyone’s super friendly and the common areas are tidy. The beds are a bit on the firm side, and it’d be nice if they added a towel and basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Also, the showers need a check to make sure they’re not giving off a shock.

The hostel is right next to Geriba, which is a win. The courtyard has palm trees, a pool, and a bar that’s easy to hit up after a day out.
The place is in a solid spot and the staff are helpful. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly and there’s no towel to keep the floor from staying wet.
