The staff were friendly and attentive. I liked that it was close to the station, the room was clean, the linens were clean, and the bed was comfortable.
It was noisy, with faint neighbor chatter and the sound of cars from the road.
The location was convenient, but there were insects/bugs in my room that bit me.

Everything was good. First, the owner was very caring and pleasant, checking that everything was fine. The apartment had a conditioner (which is quite important), a washing machine, a spacious kitchen, plenty of sleeping places, essentially a one‑room apartment with all conveniences. Nearby is Auchan, a stop (you can get to the city with bus 121), and a little over a kilometer to the sea, with two decent beaches (Yacht, Siesta). It’s perfect for a family holiday, especially since it’s quieter than Odessa in a new, comfortable residential complex. I recommend it for a family getaway.
