My stay had its positives, like the clean and warm bed and bathroom. However, the room's overall condition was quite worn out, except for the beds. I was also disappointed by the lack of amenities, such as an iron in the closet or on the dresser. The worst part was that the paths weren't cleared of ice, and my companion and I ended up slipping and falling; the staff didn't seem to care about our potential injuries or offer an apology.

Although there weren't any restaurants within walking distance, we were able to buy drinks on site, which was a relief. I think it would be great if they offered some snacks or refreshments near the lovely seating areas in the courtyard.

I appreciated the hotel's quiet location and the availability of parking spots on the premises. However, I was disappointed by the lack of dining options - no breakfast was served, and we had to bring our own food or get up early to go to the bakery. On the plus side, drinks were available for purchase.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff. The room was enormous and newly decorated, making it perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The only thing that could be improved is the check-in process, as we had to wait for a while to get our key.
