The simplicity and the kindness of the staff. Nothing else was wrong; everything was fine.

I was picked up by the owner in a tuktuk, but the place itself was far from the centre, not really Kampong Cham. It looked rough and run down, the bathroom was basic with creative plumbing, and the bed linen choice was odd. The door lock was an industrial padlock, so I booked somewhere else instead of staying.

The location is quiet with little traffic, which we like. Many might prefer luxury, but for us this is enough and very relaxing.
