The spot was convenient and I got an upgraded room, but the light strip couldn’t be switched off, and at night an electrician had to bring a ladder to shut the main valve; the sink’s drain was only partially clear.

The hotel feels refined, with a very good layout that delivers what you expect from a place of this caliber; everything is spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast, however, is somewhat limited, the extra amenities are few, and the on‑site restaurants are pricey with no real Western options.

The experience was amazing, no complaints whatsoever. The only hiccup was that I struggled with the English conversation at times. Overall, it was a great stay.

The rooms were good, but that's about where the positives end. The restaurant only serves a Chinese buffet for both breakfast and dinner, which got old fast. And to make matters worse, the staff barely speaks English, which made communication tough. For the price, I expected more, especially considering it's not that different from cheaper local hotels in terms of food and English language skills.

The food here is amazing - there's a lot to choose from and it's really tasty. Unfortunately, that's about all I have to say that's positive. There's not much else to write about, to be honest.
