Location. The restaurant should offer hot drinks, not only cold ones, and if we asked for hot drinks we were inconvenienced because Cusco is a city that needs hot drinks, and on the other hand I needed more wheelchair seats; my mother had a delicate knee and on several occasions there were none.

“Cómodo pero frío”
The staff were very friendly and gave us great restaurant suggestions, and the breakfast selection was diverse. We stayed in August and the room lacked heating—just an electric radiator that couldn't keep up with Cusco’s cold nights. The lobby and breakfast area felt pretty chilly, probably because the street door was having issues.
The location was convenient; it took 20 minutes on foot to reach the center, but that didn't bother us. It was within walking distance of the Inka Express that departs early for Puno, which suited our plans. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, there was no hot water in the early morning; by afternoon it was fine.
