The place was too small, the entrance was barely wide enough, you couldn’t drive your car in, and if it’s that small you should ditch the little garden. It’s not by the sea, and it felt cramped.

The environment was calm and clean, and it was close to Ban Amphoe beach. Parking spots were limited and there weren’t many shops nearby.

The location was very convenient, close to a beach and good seafood restaurants, a 7‑11 was nearby, and it was a 20‑minute drive to central Pattaya. Grab cars were always available locally for trips into Pattaya downtown, costing about 200 BHT.
