The central spot was great, yet the heating was tiny and didn’t warm the room; the cold water shower tap wouldn’t open, only the hot one worked.

The rooms were filthy, as if no one had cleaned them for over a week, full of dust, no towels or toilet paper, and the bathroom had no light. At check‑in the receptionist told me there was no hot water, but didn’t mention there was no heating either, and outside it was freezing…

The room was pretty and comfortable, but the map pointed to the opposite end of town and when I told the lady she just said “yes, that’s wrong.”
