The place and location were excellent, and the owner’s service was very good. It could have included breakfast.

The area was spot on, less crowded than central Venice, with good bars and restaurants nearby. The room met a reasonable standard, but the electrical outlets were below standard and dangerous for a first‑world country. The shower was an absolute disaster—water everywhere and no way to stop it from flooding the bathroom.

The location of the facility was great; we walked everywhere. We reached the train station in 10 minutes on foot. The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was hassle‑free.

It was very quaint and the rooms were decently sized. It was close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away to be a quiet piazza. Nothing—everything was lovely.
