We were eight adults staying two nights in this charming barn, and it had all the essentials. The pool, snooker table, darts, and other games were a hit, and the beds were very comfortable. The place felt cozy, and we even got to meet a friendly dog, pony, and goat.

Everything was set up and ready for us to just settle in. Seamus met us to explain how to use the lights, heating, and more. The property offers a pool table, dart board, retro video game machine, board games, and even a piano. The layout is fantastic with plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy beds, and a peaceful quietness. I couldn’t find anything to dislike.

This spot was fantastic, packed with nostalgic touches like a pool table, arcade games, piano, guitars, outdoor patios, and animals such as horses and goats. The beds were comfortable, the full kitchen was available, and the host was very attentive, sharing local info. We liked everything, just remember to bring your own toiletries and a facecloth if you need one. There’s one private bedroom downstairs and a loft bedroom with three queen beds—comfortable and ideal for families!

What a great place; we loved it even though it was just one night. Seamus is a great guy and a welcoming host. I hope to stay here again next summer while traveling between Cork and Donegal. The only downside was having to leave.
