Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
For a hostel, this is the best I’ve stayed at; the staff are friendly and helpful, it’s exceptionally clean, there’s a full‑size kitchen, washing machines on request, storage facilities, and the rooms are very good value—couldn’t have had a better stay, keep it up guys, nothing to dislike.

The location is close to tourist spots, but the shower leaked massively and was rusty, you have to pay for towels and luggage handling, and they also ask for card details and copy your passport.

The staff were great.

The hotel’s proximity to nice restaurants and Liverpool’s centre was a highlight, but the pillow was too thin.

The place was spotless, no complaints.
