The 24‑hour room service was great since I wasn’t back until late; bonus points if they had more menu options during off‑peak hours. Overall, the concierge service and housekeeping were great!

The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and clean. The food downstairs was exceptional! Nothing negative.

I was happy with the staff, who were understanding even though my check‑in was late and I’d preferred an earlier arrival. I’d asked for a bottle of wine to be added to my room, but the system didn’t reflect that request; the receptionist on Saturday evening called to confirm my arrival and ended up giving me a complimentary bottle. Aside from that wine hiccup, I had a great time. The only issue was the thermostat, which stayed at a rather high 26°C, but everything else was excellent.
